How It Works

1. Discovery Call → Align goals and confirm fit.

2. Agreement & Deposit ($5,000) → Secure your sprint (non-refundable).

3. Strategy Session → Deep dive into priorities and processes.

4. POAM + Project Champion Assigned → You designate an internal lead and approve the plan.

5. 90-Day Sprint Begins → We work with your SMEs to capture and document mission-critical processes.

Investment

1. $15,000 total, milestone-based:

   • $5,000 deposit (non-refundable)

   • $5,000 at midpoint (45 days or ~50% progress, whichever comes first)

   • $5,000 at final delivery

Your Role

1. Assign a Project Champion to keep your team engaged.

2. Provide timely access to SMEs and required resources.

3. Choose where SOPs will live (Google Drive, OneDrive, internal servers, or your KMS).

4.     Prefer Notion/Confluence/ClickUp/Whale/SharePoint? We can build directly in your KMS using your licenses and access. Advanced architecture/integrations are add-ons billed separately.

The Fine Print (Simple & Straightforward)

1. Confidentiality is airtight: your systems stay private. We may only reuse anonymized templates if you explicitly opt in.

2. Ownership: full IP transfers upon receipt of final payment. Samples may be shared during production; the final compiled package is released once payment clears.

3. Payment enforcement: work pauses if any invoice is overdue.

4. Timeline: the 90-day clock starts after deposit clears, strategy session, POAM approval, and Champion assignment. Client delays (e.g., SME access) extend the timeline without penalty to SOP Mojo.

5. Travel & add-ons: not included. If requested, client covers travel, lodging, and per diem; minimum 3 weeks’ notice required. Non-standard services billed at $150/hour.

6. Maintenance option: keep docs “as-is” or roll into our $997/month maintenance program for updates and implementation support.

7. Bonuses included: pre-recorded implementation coaching videos + Implementation Guide.
